Initiate Your Request
Log into your Eclisse account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Securely package your home goods in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
